The Clean Food Diet is like Dr. Furhman’s diet in a way, however, it does allow more meat and animal products to be consumed daily. Eat fruits and vegetables (raw state is better) and exercise daily to get the body you want. If you eat healthy your body detoxifies itself and the craving for sugar and other process foods is decreased.
